Since 1955, Julian LeCraw & Company has built an excellent reputation in the Southeast as an Owner/Developer of multi-family housing. Extensive experience in high-rise development, management and ownership (including Park Towers I and II, the Concorde, Club Tower and the Grandview) was the perfect starting point for bringing the Sobu Flats concept to life. The developer's goal was to introduce a new type of high rise to Atlanta. The essential elements of that concept -- or what we like to call the 'Essence of Sobu' -- are centered around:
- Extreme Buckhead Living
- Amenities & Features
Sobu provides a living space that includes the best attributes of urban living with an interesting sense of fun and style. It's sort of a South Beach meets Greenwich Village in the middle of Buckhead thing. We think it turned out just right!
Award winning designer Hiro Isogai and his team are responsible for the funky feel of Sobu Flats. A native of Japan, Hiro's unique sense of style and his interest in making individual spaces lively and whimsical, while at the same time maintaining functionality, contributed extensively to the overall design of the building and can be seen from the residential unit floor plans to the Cyber Center. As a Principal at Niles Bolton Interior Design, Hiro has been widely published in numerous design journals for his award winning projects. Hiro's other notable works in Atlanta include the office space for both MTV and the Cartoon Network.
