Condos for Lease

Sobu Flats is a condominium community. As stated in the Declaration of Condominium for Sobu Flats Condominium Association, 25% of the residential units shall be approved to lease.  At this time, the approved list is at 25%, and there is a waiting list to be approved for open leasing status.  To add your name or check your status on the leasing wait list, please contact our CMA association manager, Maggie Jewell, by phone at 404.835.9100 extension 151 or via email at mjewell@cma-atlanta.com.
